Vervain strengthens  the nervous system, promotes the liver and gallbladder health.

Vervain also helps reduce tension and stress and is used in the treatment of mild depression, insomnia, headache, toothache, wounds, cold and fever.

Vervain also stimulates uterine contractions so should not be used during pregnancy, but will promote munstruation and lactation.
