IRONCYCLEN® contains organic iron and co-factors copper and cobalt formulated to maximise haemoglobin formulation and therefore provide the equine athlete with the ability to transport oxygen effi ciently in times of need to ensure peak performance.

What is Ironcyclen

Ironcyclen is three forms of iron for maximum absorption, including:

    Organic iron aminoates which eliminate gut irritation and increase absorption
    Co-factors of copper and cobalt which are essential to incorporate iron into haemoglobin
    Highly palatable molasses flavour
    Liquid formulation for easy mixing in feed or giving over the tongue
    In a light-proof cask for maximum effectiveness, stability and convenience

HOW TO USE IRONCYCLEN® PERFORMANCE HORSES

EARLY TRAINING
Maximum of 75ml daily in early training for the first 6 weeks.

HARD TRAINING
Give 45ml daily in a “3 days on, 3 days off” routine while in hard training, increasing to a maximum of 75ml daily if required.
“Booster” courses of FBC Bloodfood at key training times will stimulate the bone marrow so that it can respond to the increased demand for more cells.

BREEDING HORSES
45-75ml daily in a ‘3 day on 3 day off’ routine.

Working Greyhounds

4mL daily

IRON DEFICIENCY ANAEMIA
45-75ml daily until anaemia corrected (usually 14-28 days) or as per veterinary advice.

Iron (amino acid chelate, ferric ammonium citrate, ferrous gluconate) 8.54g
Copper as cupric sulphate pentahydrate 15.1mg
Cobalt as cobaltous sulphate heptahydrate 4mg
